Moab, UT -to- Denver, CO

A little over 350 miles on this piece.  We went over our highest two mountains yet on this stretch.  Vail Summit (in Colorado) was a little over 10,500 feet MSL (Mean Sea Level), the next mountain about an hour or so after Vail was over 11,000 feet MSL.

We passed some ski resorts and went through some mountain tunnels.  There is a blizzard in Washington and Denver has been close to 70 the last few days.  We leave for Mississippi tomorrow.  We are calling the trip "The First Annual Thanksgiving Trucker Haul."  The piece is a little over 1,200 miles and about 20 hours of driving.  We have identified truckstops every 300 miles or so for fuel and sleep if we need it.  The driving schedule will work a little like this, I'll drive for three hours and Kim will drive for 10 minute.  We'll keep that rotation going until we get there.
