The security officer vest says "Posse"....Ross really liked that

The line of mostly retired folks (a lot of track suits) wrapping around the casino

Well, we didn't get called up on stage, but we had fun!

The Ducks

We had the opportunity to attend our first Pac-12 game this week - the Oregon Ducks v. the Arizona Wildcats at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, OR.  At 5am the news stations were already predicting massive traffic delays on Interstate 5.  We left at 4:30pm for the 7:30pm game (what would normally be an hour drive south).....

It was a perfect night for a big game, complete with the big duck flag flying high in the sky...

Capacity of the stadium is 54,000.....56,000+ was the attendance of the Thursday night game this week.
100th straight sell-out crowd.
Autzen is also one of the loudest stadiums in the country; the noise level has been measured at 130 decibels (like standing behind a jet on takeoff).

Lining up for Donald Duck's entrance...the only sports mascot by Disney.  Fun fact, the stadium screen is the biggest in the  Pac-12.

The Ducks are known for their varied uniforms and wild color combinations....tonight's game featured black and pink uniforms.  Tickets will typically indicate the color(s) the crowd should wear.

Noted as being one of the most intimidating venues in college football...each game starts with the Oregon Duck mascot leading the team onto the field on the back of a roaring Harley Davidson.

Unfortunately the Ducks lost the game and all 56,000+ people left at once....cue the 2-hour traffic jam in Eugene, OR

A fun night...we finally got home after 1:00am....
